Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentProbe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the service. AgentProbe is an open-source tool for discovering and validating agent endpoints across multiple blockchain networks and protocol registries. The service aggregates public blockchain data and does not require user accounts or collect personal information.

02 Use License

All data presented by AgentProbe is provided for informational purposes only, on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. You may use the validation results, trust scores, and directory listings for your own research and development. No guarantee is made regarding the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any data displayed.

03 Disclaimer

Trust signals, validation results, and assessment scores generated by AgentProbe are indicators, not guarantees. They reflect the state of publicly available data at the time of the query. You are solely responsible for performing your own due diligence before interacting with any agent endpoint, smart contract, or service discovered through AgentProbe. A passing validation does not constitute an endorsement or certification of safety.

04 Data Sources

AgentProbe aggregates publicly available blockchain data, open protocol registries, and community-maintained directories. This includes ERC-8004 on-chain registrations, the official MCP server registry, A2A agent directories, and live endpoint validation. We do not control or operate the underlying data sources and are not responsible for their availability or accuracy.

05 Published Content & Authenticity

AgentProbe applies a conservative publication policy to everything it displays. Records are classified from public data: aggregator wrappers, known impersonation-style entries, and test or placeholder records are excluded from the curated Discovery surface, and a curated allow-list marks the servers we treat as verified originals. The broader index of unclassified and lower-trust records remains reachable only through the developer directory, clearly separated from the curated surface. Front-page and category figures are aggregated counts, not per-record exports. The underlying indexed database is not retrievable or downloadable through any public interface; only the aggregated and classified views described above are served. Every trust level and detail attribute we publish is derived from our classification of the record and its Security-Score, and reflects publicly available data at the time of the query. Consistent with Section 3, these remain indicators, not guarantees, and nothing is published that cannot be traced to one of these sources.

06 Limitation of Liability

AgentProbe and its contributors shall not be held responsible for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use of information provided by this service. This includes, but is not limited to, financial losses from interacting with validated or listed endpoints, service disruptions, or inaccuracies in displayed data.

07 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of AgentProbe after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
